If you have ever tried to find locations for your bulk vending machines by yourself you know it is hard work. Don't lose a location by trying to get the owner of the business to sign your contract.
It is not worth it. Nobody is going to honor your contract anyway. If you are not keeping up with your machine, and keeping the owner happy he or she will ask you to please remove your machine.
And even if you did get him or her to sign the contract, what are you going to do take them to court. Forget about the contract hands shakes work better. I have never used a contract to secure a location for my vending machines.
Its not practical. When you get a location the best thing you can to do to keep the location is keep the candy fresh, show up at least once a month, and keep the owner or manager happy.
If you do this you won' t need a contract.
My story on Contracts
When I started in vending I tried locating my vending machines by myself. I finally got a man to agree to have my vending machine in his tire shop. I was all happy and went to go get my vending machine out of the car with my contract for him to sign. After I showed him the contract he didn't want the machine anymore. I told him fine you don't have to sign a contract. He told me forget it. I lost a location before I even started, so I say forget the contract, show him or her the charity you are with and that's it.

Nice post on vending machine. Keep updating with more information.
Thanks for sharing....
I am agree with your point of view. But It is more preferable for people to get help from Vendors of Vending machine. People have to check services and reviews about the vendors before hiring any services or machine.
