Use the 20/80 Rule When Placing Bulk Candy and Toy Vending Machines

Use the 20/80 Rule When Placing Bulk Candy and Toy Vending Machines

When you go to place and locate your bulk candy vending machines you need to realize that for every 10 machines you place, 20% of those machines or 2 will make you 80% of the actual income. 2 of them will produce low to zero results and will eventually need to be relocated. The others will produce average levels, but nothing to write home about.

This 20/80 rule apply's to business and employees. It is like this. For every 10 employees you have you will have 2 duds, 2 high performers and the rest will just be average just trying to make it through the day. The 2 high performers will create most of your productivity.

Well vending machines are much the same way and are reliant on being in a great location. The more you locate you will see the diamonds in the ruff and the the low performing bulk candy vending machines will have to be relocated on a routine basis to make money at it. It is just a fact and I would suggest you get good at locating and relocating yourself or train your spouse to help. The better you get the more successful you will be at this business.

A few good places for locations are restaurants, repair shops, clinics, hair salons, farm supply stores, oil and lube shops, auot parts supply stores, trucking companies, car dealerships, and employee break rooms, hardware stores, tanning salons, day cares, lumber companies.

If you want to learn more about the art and techniques of locating your own vending machines you need to get the My Vending Secret!. Order it today as it will pay for itself many times over in the money you will save by doing it yourself.

I have an unrelated question. I live in Illinois and I'm looking to buy some machines for some extra side income. I have some stores that have said they'll allow me to put machines on their property. I already have a DBA on account that I run an online advertising business. I can't seem to find any regulations regarding illinois vending. Do I have to get a permit? If so, what level city, state? I know my county doesn't require anything. Do you have any idea where I can find that kind of info?
